White Fused Alumina
White corundum is a white abrasive made from industrial alumina powder (Al2O3) with a content of over 99% and a small amount of iron oxide and silicon oxide.
White fused alumina , which belongs to a kind of artificial abrasive. It is made of high-quality aluminum oxide powder as raw material. After being cooled and solidified in a fixed furnace/dumping furnace by high-temperature smelting, it is crushed and shaped by a crusher, and after magnetic separation, sieved into various different particle size models of white corundum section sand and fine powder. The content of AL2O3 in the white corundum is above 99%, and the hardness is relatively high. It is compact in texture, high in hardness and sharp in shape.
 At the same time, the white corundum section sand and fine powder have the characteristics of high temperature resistance and good thermal stability.Therefore, it can be used as a furnace refractory material.
Appications:
 1. Used for free grinding, such as glass industry.
2. Used for friction products and wear-resistant floors.
3. Suitable for resin or ceramic bond abrasive, such as grinding wheel, cutting off grinding wheel,etc
4. Suitable for refractory, wear-resisting and refractory products.
5. Used for polishing, such as grindstone, grinding block, plate turning, etc.
6. Used for coating abrasive tools, such as sandpaper, emery cloth, sand belt, etc.
